Customer Review: Didn’t think it was as bad as others
I’ve been using this system for about a year, without any trouble at all. After several power outages and even moving across the country with it, my directory stayed in tact. The call quality on the speakerphone is good, I use it daily for business. The handset works even two floors away from the base. All around, for the money, a decent phone. I don’t use the answering machine portion — would have preferred it without — but otherwise, a good phone.
Customer Review: Garbage
There is no battery backup for the phonebook directory, so when power goes out, you lose the directory. The handset and the base phone have two -separate- directories; there is no synching. They also have two separate lists of missed calls. It’s just a very poorly designed unit.
