I purchased this system last month and so far I have been completely satisfied. I added a phone for this system which I keep on a different level in my home and I have no problem with reception or signals. This system meets my needs and I did not have to have any additional jacks installed in my home. I would definitely recommend it.

These phones worked right out of the box, after charging the batteries. The intercom feature is extremely valuable for a spread-out house. Adding two additional handsets was fairly easy, although the additional handsets did not come with adequate instructions on how to program them to the existing system. The instruction manual for the system covered that.

I have had a Panasonic cordless phone set for several years. The old set finally conked out and I wanted a new one just like it. Couldn’t find it locally and bought something else. BAD IDEA. Took it back to the store and got on line as soon as I got back home. Went to my friends at Amazon.com and got the newest version of Panasonic cordless phones. They are better than my old set!!!!
